In the film "Lipstikka 2011" by Joonas Riekkilä, a young Finnish actor sets out on a journey to find his soulmate. When he finally meets her, they live a blissful life together in Helsinki. But one day, not too long after they've been married for several years and have two wonderful sons, she falls ill with metastatic cancer. From this point onward their lives are never the same again.
